Include your device platform, operating-system version and the step where pairing stopped. Never email a pairing QR code, secret, subscription address or private configuration.
Common pairing checks
- Create a fresh code and complete pairing within five minutes.
- Use a supported client rather than a normal camera or browser.
- When using one device, take a screenshot and select it inside the client before the code expires.
- If a code was already used, return to the home page and create another one.
